Dejene Ejigu (PhD) is Asst. Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Director of the IT Doctoral Program , Addis Ababa University . He received his PhD in Computer Science from INSA Engineering University, Lyon, France in 2007. He also received his M. Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Wales Swansea, UK and his B.Sc. Degree from the Addis Ababa University. His research interests include distributed pervasive systems and context-aware services with related context data modeling and management. |

Dr. Paul Dorsey |

Dr. Paul Dorsey is the founder and President of Dulcian, Inc. ( www.dulcian.com ), an Oracle consulting firm that specializes in business rules-based Oracle Client-Server and Web custom application development. He is the chief architect of Dulcian's Business Rules Information Manager (BRIM ® ) tool. Paul is the co-author of seven Oracle Press books that have been translated into nine languages: Oracle JDeveloper 10g Handbook , Oracle9i JDeveloper Handbook, Oracle JDeveloper 3 Handbook , Oracle Designer Handbook (2 editions), Oracle Developer Forms and Reports: Advanced Techniques and Development Standards , Oracle8 Design Using UML Object Modeling and the Wiley Press book, PL/SQL for Dummies . In 2003, Dr. Dorsey was honored by ODTUG as volunteer of the year, in 2001 by IOUG as volunteer of the year and by Oracle as one of the six initial honorary Oracle 9 i Certified Masters. Paul is an Oracle ACE Director. He the Associate Editor of the International Oracle User Group 's SELECT Journal and the founder and chairperson of the ODTUG Symposium currently in its tenth year. Dr. Dorsey's submission of a Survey Generator built to collect data for The Preeclampsia Foundation was the winner of the 2007 Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer Challenge and Oracle selected him as the 2007 PL/SQL Developer of the Year. |

Dagmawi Lemma is President of Ethiopian IT Professionals Association (EITPA - www.eitpa.org.et ) and Lecturer at Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences. Currently he is a PhD student in Software Engineering track. Dagmawi is also working as the national expert representing Ethiopian in the World Summit Award, http://www.wsa-mobile.org/national-experts/africa. |

Dessalegn Mequanint works for the department of Computer Science of the Addis Ababa University as Lecturer. Currently he is a Phd student in IP Networking and Mobile Internet . In his current role as Lecturer, he conducts lectures for computer science courses offered by the department, advises undergraduate students and handles practical sessions of postgraduate courses. These duties combine with his research interest in e-government and content adaptation of multimedia data. |
